A lot of space in the neighborhood, with 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths for your use. A small eat-in kitchen and modest great room are perfect for relaxing beforehand and after the events. It is a beautiful walk to Kerrytown and Main Street, close to the Big House and all of campus. Minutes to everything Ann Arbor has to offer! We do allow dogs up to two 50 lbs or less. They must be registered like you would a guest. There is an additional fee. You will have one small Bedroom on the first floor (Full Bed), next to a small tile bathroom. There are 3 more Bedrooms to use upstairs (1 Full, 2 Queen), with a shared bathroom in the hallway. Our room, the Main Suite (Queen Bed), has a cozy private bath with dual sinks. A garden hill view off the great room, with a small deck and brick patio to relax. Perfect for multiple couples and/or some single guests. Three separate showers for your group. Ample street parking and the narrow shared driveway will fit two cars in a row on our house's side. Dining table and chairs in the great room and a small eat-in kitchen. TV / Record player with tube pre-amp and Bose sound on the main floor, with TVs upstairs. Bose Sound, TVs in most rooms, Wireless Internet, Nest Central Heat/Air. Workspaces in bedrooms let you take care of business.

We had a great week. The house was perfect for our group. The location is convenient to downtown by car or foot. The house was well equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. Highly recommended.
JT and Susan’s house was absolutely perfect - it was clean and incredibly well appointed, with ample space for our group of 6. I highly highly recommend!
The house was great. Super comfortable with a ton of nice touches—like the Michigan paraphernalia, record player, diffusers, board games. Great base of operations for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Hosts were very helpful with local restaurant suggestions, including for Thanksgiving dinner. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and close to everything in Ann Arbor and U-M (if you have a car). Overall, one of my favorite Airbnbs—and we’ve stayed at a lot!
We loved our stay here! The perfect number of bedrooms (and not to mention bathrooms!), a quaint and quiet neighborhood, and very responsive hosts. Would recommend JT’s spot!
This is a lovely home that was extremely comfortable and clean. We were blown away with how comfy beds were and it has a very nice kitchen and living room as well. JT and his wife couldn't have been better and more thoughtful hosts. It is very well located in a nice neighborhood and provides easy access to downtown and 94 which enabled us to get to Big House and south Ann Arbor very easily.

The Arborview neighborhood is incredibly close to downtown on an extra-wide treelined Boulevard that is surpassingly quiet and secluded. Close to Kerrytown and Zingerman's. Argo Canoe Livery not far away. Amtrak station just down the hill. We often take a long walk to downtown and Uber back when we go out. Less than 10 minutes to the Big House. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There are side walks and parks nearby, and 2 entrances to a nature area on the street.
Convenient to M-14, I-94, and M-23. The house is about 5 minutes from the Jackson Rd exit on I-94 and even closer to US 23 North. Close to the Amtrak station, and the Ann Arbor Distillery is on the way. You can leave your cars here, and take a Lyft or Uber to the events. Public transportation is available through "theRide" Ann Arbor.

I love quirky, unusual and adventurous spaces. Easy going, love to travel and always up for adventure.
