Far exceeded our expectations, 6 lady’s came for a girls get a way. Christina’s place was very well suited for us with all the fabulous common areas, multiple bedrooms, easy access to all parts of the island and the best was having someone come each day and replace towels, clean up, and bring small items as we ran out. Christina is fantastic ,being friendly, quick response time and understanding of needs and wishes. She and her team get the 5 stars plus. As for the location, awesome, we could get everywhere we wanted to go very easily. Several great restaurants within walking distance and when we needed a cab, we could walk out the door and within minutes one would come by( very friendly and kind drivers) The views, spectacular, especially from the second and third floor pool/terrace areas. I have to admit, we were a little nervous prior to coming. I sent numerous messages to Christina and her crew. They were reassuring, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Thank You

The biggest disappointment was thinking we were booking an oceanfront property, but there is in fact a big skate park that can see directly into the house (including the rooms). While the place photographs beautifully, the location itself felt misrepresented. When we walked in there were two ginormous cockroaches walking around the kitchen. A fallen set of curtain rods. And basic amenities were missing like a trash bag, a roll of paper towels, a sponge for the sink etc. We went as a small girls, trip, and the front door has a gap when you close it, which made some of the group, feel unsafe. Overall, there is a lot to be fixed about the house and we wouldn’t stay again. The only reason we gave it three stars instead of one was because of the responsiveness of the team, and a gentleman that was came every day to try and fix the running list of issues.

We really enjoyed our stay, alot of house for just the four of us but nonetheless we felt at home. Being situated in the middle of the island made it very convenient to get to everything. Thank you

The property was amazing. Everything just as seen in pictures. It was stressful not to get the address and access code until day of arrival. We arrived after dark and there wasn’t a number or name on the property to identify it. We tried to get into two other doors before we stumbled on the correct one. One bedroom air conditioner didn’t work and was not able to be fixed during our stay. We had a fabulous vacation in spite of the few issues.

The house is gorgeous! Big potential and feels nice and private but the house is super neglected and not ready for tenants. Not too much rain and house got flooded! From the walls, ceiling and windows. The walls literally getting wet from the inside and we found ourself working until 3am to wipe the floors from the water and every morning woke up to a flooded house. Yet the owner was not willing to suggest compensation for the bad experience. However, they sent every day Gilberto which was super nice and helped with everything we needed. It’s not few steps from a beach as the beach is not a swimming beach it’s an area you don’t wanna go to the water so it’s just for view. The sauna did not work. The WiFi never was able to provide speed that we could do work on, music was barely working as it was super slow. The hammock was not installed as it showed in the pictures. The master bedroom doors are so loose that they move and squeak all night, we had to sleep with open doors.
