Its high ceilings and wonderful art, along with its stylish decor make it a true hidden gem and one of a kind. The property is surrounded by nature and has spectacular views of the city. Its pool is perfectly crisp and completely yours 24/7. Whilst private and tucked away surrounded by a giant forest, it’s completely accessible & only 10mins away from SJU. The space is an architectural gem designed to reflect French Country style in the Caribbean. It’s perimeter is surrounded by French doors that can be open to feel the fresh breeze of the jungle within. Every room is colorfully decorated and the art exhibited is rich to the unique flavors of our island. The house has been recently remodeled to reflect our retro-modern style. Our beautiful Barbie kitchen is fully furnished with a stove top, spacious fridge, mini oven, magic blender, microwave and coffee maker. We’ve also stacked it with basic essentials. It’s perfect for preparing wonderful meals which could be enjoyed in our spacious dining area indoors or al fresco in the terrace. No worries, we’ve got a few recipe books to inspire your muse. Filled with tropical plants, AC in all rooms, unique touches from all over the world, be prepared to make some wonderful memories. While in the first floor you’ll have full access to a huge living room space which glowingly divides into the dining and reading areas. Our reading area has about 200 books of all kind for your enjoyment. The half bath is a little surprise for those who enjoy a little color. Right next to it our master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and private bath. By it you’ll also notice the Sea kids’ room beautifully decorated, full of toys, entertainment and direct access to the pool area and terrace. It has two twin beds, private closet and direct access to the terrace and pool area. A shared bath follows it to the next room- the Sunflower Room. Almost as in a masterful sequence, this room follows the personal work area by the stairs that give access to the second floor bedroom and the property’s rooftop terrace. This sunny second floor bedroom also has a spacious walk-in closet and it’s own private bath. The rooftop area is perfect for late night talks and sun bathing while the patio and terrace downstairs (which has a grill by the outdoor dining area) are the perfect compliment to the house having several areas to dine or just hang out on the hammocks. The pool is 5ft deep and 10x10. You’ll also have have access to it’s lights and bubbles as well. All spaces are designed for beauty, peace and comfort. Overall it’s a delightful home dedicated to big families/groups that are fond of art, unique homes and that are hoping to enjoy a pleasurable experience during their Puerto Rico visit.
