Der Aussenbereich ist top, haben wir als vierköpfige Familie sehr genossen. Einziger Kritikpunkt fanden wir die Lage. Es war zwar sehr ruhig, aber auch am Ende von Sarasota. Dafür hat man ein Haus für sich in ruhiger Umgebung.

The house/frt yard were even better than the pics! We had a small issue the second day and Vincent came over within 30 min and took care of it- The location was convenient- easy to get everywhere we wanted. Close to 75 and main roads- Pool Was amazing- traveled with me kids- felt secure and comfortable. So enjoyed our stay would look to Vincent at this home or another option in the future! Thank you Vincent for an amazing vacation!!!

Great, quiet, relaxing place to stay in Sarasota. Quick drive to beach, restaurants, nature preserve, and other activities. We loved the pool and fire pit. Great home base for our family vacation.

The place is beautifully done. Lots of outdoor living space that is very practical for families and large groups. The photos don't do justice for how colorful and peaceful this place actually is! Highly recommend this place for a vacation or staycation getaway. We would definitely stay here again and will add to our favorites!

Tyne House provided my family with a delightful getaway! We were thrilled by the inviting pool and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The close proximity to the beach was a major convenience. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs, offering both comfort and functionality. Vincent, our host, was exceptional - friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Our stay was truly memorable thanks to these fantastic features. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.
