The luxurious stone property has been impeccably decorated, with cool grey tones and elegant accessories, creating a stylish and contemporary living space. The open-plan ground floor is a lovely space to relax, either curled up with a book on the sofa or sharing a romantic meal together at the dining table. The lively town of Chepstow is just 5 miles away and boasts a bustling high street with many independent retailers, as well as some wonderful examples of Georgian and Victorian architecture and an imposing Norman castle. The pretty village of Tintern (8.5 miles), in the Wye Valley, is a great starting point for several stunning walks, including the Offa’s Dyke Path which follows the England/Wales border. Tintern is also home to the ruins of a spectacular 13th-century Cistercian abbey – a must for any history enthusiast.
