This was the perfect spot for a late season ski trip. The location is amazing (great views of the lake on the drive up) and the house itself is extremely spacious and well stocked. We’ll definitely be back!

Terrible experience. We arrived at 12:30am because of chain control and could not locate the unit for an hour. The address was a generic one that refers to the neighborhood but did not point to the particular unit. We had to look for it house by house and the unit didn’t even have a clear unit number on the outside. The worst part was that when we opened the lockbox, the key to the house was not present. We called the host (hosted by Vacation, the company) and they told me to wait for a phone call for next steps but the call never arrived. We felt ignored and forgotten, and got the impression that we might as well have been frozen to death and they didn’t even care. There were no follow-up to this issue or any attempt to resolve this during for the following two days. Responses have been super slow.

This place is spacious, clean, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The utilities are good and the beds are very comfortable. It’s convenient to a lot of things, and we really enjoyed staying here with our dogs.

Great location, as described and very clean. There were some issues with maintenance, but nothing that prevented us from staying the night and a handyman was sent over the next morning after we reported them. Overall a good experience.
