Booked this cabin for Mother’s Day weekend and it was wonderful. We got in on Friday and was in love with the cabin. It looked just like the photos and the neighborhood is peaceful.

We had a great time there but a horrible storm knocked out power the third morning and was not restored when we checked out early at 5 pm ( had planned to stay one more night). Response time was slow about the power issue but that is somewhat understandable with the whole area being affected. The home was well designed and furnished, especially the covered deck with fireplace. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with younger children. Too many stairs and not really a yard. The porch needed a good cleaning. The bathrooms were very nice and we easily cooked all our meals there using the gas grill and kitchen. Convenient to town, peaceful, and a good place for six adults to relax.

Julie’s place was great for our girls weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to Blue Ridge downtown and not to far from anything else. Comfy beds. Thanks for a great stay.
