This stunningly beautiful family home located in the heart of Budleigh Salterton, Devon sleeps 9 and is a stone's throw from the Jurassic Coast. With sea views stretching along the coast this is the perfect base for any family or group of friends ready to explore the Devon coast. This family home in the centre of Budleigh Salterton is a 5 minute walk from the high street and beach. Sleeping 9 and dog friendly the house has a large open plan kitchen/dining, spacious lounge, snug and utility area. The kitchen opens out onto the garden which has outside seating, swings, trampoline, fire pit and a plunge pool (ideal for 4-5 guests at a time with a hot and cold tap) Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms Superking master with an en-suite King with an en-suite Single bedroom Bunkbed room King bedroom all sharing a family bathroom

Great house for a family get together. We all had a fantastic time. Beautiful location and the house was stunning inside with plenty of space for kids and dogs. Many thanks.
This was a lovely place to stay. It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and in a convenient location. Luckily we didn't need to contact Emilie much as everything was fine, however on the one occasion where we did she was responsive and very helpful. Overall we had a great holiday here and we would happily return again in the future, or consider other locations hosted by Emilie.
Emilie was a great host, always responsive and helpful. A problem with the plunge pool was resolved quickly and Emilie was very apologetic. The house was spacious and even with 9 people and a dog we had ample space to spread out. The 4 children aged 5 - 12 all enjoyed the garden and games provided. A great time was had by all!
Really nice house, good location, well equipped kitchen. However, during our stay, we weren’t able to use the plunge pool as it was dirty on the first day we arrived and the maintenance man didn’t clean it until midday the next day. It then ran out of hot water on the second and third day before even a few inches full so we were never able to use it. This also blew the hot water in the main house. When we Raised this we were told this hadn’t happened before so maybe we were just very unlucky but it was very disappointing as the plunge pool was the reason we had booked the house. It was also hard with no hot water in the main house as we couldn’t have showers or bathe the kids.
