I stayed there with my family for 4 days and 3 nights. It is very close to the bus & train station, and convenience store. They also have a heater which is useful during the cold weather. Will come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Host is very responsive. Pretty affordable. Instructions to check in is very clear. Host place is pretty clean. All amenities are nice. Good restaurants around the area. Train station is nearby. Would visit again! Arigato gozaimasu

Host - very responsive. Answered my questions about recommendations for airport transit and storing luggage. Location - Hiroo is centrally located on the Hibiya line. Walking from the train station you have to walk on a pedestrian bridge (lots of stairs). This is not optimal if you plan to be in and out of the apartment multiple times per day. It's also not great if you plan on taking a lot of luggage from the train to the apartment. Maintainance - The washer/dryer unit was malfunctioning when we arrived. It could have been avoided if the host tested their unit before we got there. After some back and forth over text, I found out the filter needed to be emptied and replaced. The apartment looks better in pictures than in person. There were some general maintenance issues like the hand soap dispenser being broken and the bathroom not being totally clean (mildew on walls). This was not a bad experience but for the amount spent, a hotel would have been better.

Great and convenient location with a train station just 5-10mins walk away and a FamilyMart just opposite the building. The host was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place!
