This house was everything we had hoped for and was exactly as it showed in the pictures. The house is very secluded with a lot of Pine Trees with a great view of the mountains. The kitchen has everything you need for baking and preparing any kind of meal you want with a huge island that was perfect! The bathrooms were super clean and well stocked and the beds were really comfortable with nice linens and blankets. The eating area has a big farm table that seats 10 or 12 people which was great for playing games which they have many to choose from. There is a big wood burning fireplace with as much firewood you need in the living room and also a fire pit on the back deck and a big hot tub that was clean with perfect temperature. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and none have compared to this house. We will definitely be back! Best Christmas ever!!
Perfect Airbnb in Beautiful Setting Highlights Outside: Fenced yard - This is ideal if you have little kids or dogs. The yard is really a mini forest with trees and boulders overlooking the beautiful mountains and Colorado River. Hot tub - just a few steps from the deck surrounded by peaceful landscaping and lounge chairs. Deck- great view with table and gas fire feature. Highlights Inside: Clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has everything stocked. Wood burning fireplace with wood and kindling stacked and ready to go. Large bonus bedroom, great for a group of kids. Lots of games and books. Beautiful view from the large living room All around cozy and beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was nice to walk along the dirt roads. Beautiful trees, great views of the mountains and river. Less than ten minute drive to downtown Grand Lake. We would definitely stay here again!
“Why can’t every Airbnb be like this?” …I actually said this in the middle of our stay. The location was great for access to RMNP, kids loved the hot tub and bunk room, and the grown ups loved the stocked kitchen. The hosts of this Airbnb have thought of everything, which made the stay easy. It was almost like going to your own mountain home! We hope to return in the future.
