Equipped with capacity for 5 people+BABY and modern amenities such as 300 Mbps WiFi, washing machine with dryer, laundry space, fully equipped kitchen, 50" Smart TV with channels, Netflix and Prime, soft bedding and bath, cradle and art. Our property offers a cozy space with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, laundry facilities, ironing space, and modern amenities for an unforgettable stay in Medellín. ----------------- Answers to Some Frequently Asked Questions ------------------ 1. The price you will pay already includes the cleaning fee. No surprises. 2. Only guests registered on the platform are allowed to stay. If it's found that unregistered guests are staying, a complaint will be filed against you on the platform, along with additional charges. 3. We are equipped for BABIES. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, and there is no risk of a child falling or getting hurt. The stairs have railings for added safety. We have a special crib for the baby to sleep next to you and safety measures to prevent harm to babies or children. 4. The security deposit is handled through Airbnb; there will be no money exchanged between us. 5. All reservations are to be made through Airbnb. Please do not insist on negotiating outside the platform. 6. The building has security cameras, and the apartment has door sensors for added safety. The building does not have a doorman or 24-hour concierge. 7. The check-in time (4 p.m.) and check-out time (12 p.m.) are always respected, allowing departing guests to leave the apartment at the agreed-upon time and incoming guests to find a clean apartment. If you arrive earlier, we can evaluate whether an early check-in is possible. 8. Cars can be parked for free on the block of the building or you can pay for parking in a lot just a few meters away on the same block as the building.

Juan Camilo is a great host. He remained attentive from the time of booking until check-out. He exhibited a genuine desire to make one's stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible by providing an abundance of instructions as well as regularly inquiring about one's well-being. His fluency in English was also a bonus. Juan's place is located in a non-touristic and residential/commercial area which makes it easier to blend in with the locals as well as being a safe neighborhood because everyone is busy going about their business. It's literally a block away from the metroplus bus station that connect you practically to all around Medellin and a less than 15 mns walk to the Los Molinos Commercial Center. The only drawback for light sleepers is that it starts to get a bit noisy very early in the morning.

Our week-long stay at Juan’s place was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable, and located in a fascinating neighborhood. My 87 year old Mom thoroughly enjoyed it, and was able to easily walk the short distance to the Belen metro plus station. The wifi works great, and the beds are comfortable. Only one of the two showers has hot water, but that was no problem. I like cold showers. Juan himself is one of the best and most responsive hosts I have ever had. When I texted him about a problem with one of the fans, he had it replaced immediately. I would absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend his apartment.
