Kitchen, Elevator access, ideal for families. 3 pool complex, Located at the east coast of Beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Walk to Marina & Restaurants! 5-min drive to Seven Seas Beach! All included: beach towels, chairs and sand toys. FREE WIFI! 2 Parkings. We hope you have an amazing vacation in our beautiful condo! We have set it up to provide comfortable space for you and your family! Once you book your dates and make a payment, we will email you the rental agreement along with rules and regulations of the complex. You MUST email us the signed document and names of EACH guest staying at the condo at least 30 hours prior to your arrival. The complex requires to have everyone's name on file, the security guard will verify the names at the time of check in. Please have your IDs along with the Rental Agreement ready. This is a NON-Smoking Condo Pets are NOT Permitted per HOA NO BBQ/Grilling on the Balconies This is not a hotel, we do NOT offer Daily Maid Service

The place is beautiful, very cozy and quiet. Everything is close to the apartment and there are many things you can do. Jesus is very kind and helpful. We didn't have any problems during our stay. I would come back again.
Excellent location near beach, restaurants and close to the rain forest The apartment / Condo was clean and included parking. The host was responsive and provided detailed check in information. The check in process was a breeze . The condo includes all of the necessary amenities.

We were all ready satisfied with the communication with Jesus before of our arrival. On the day we arrived, he made sure we knew the directions and answered pronto our questions. The apartment is incredibly beautiful and it is as pictured, pristine clean and the view is breathtaking! I already expressed to him that his place is the best we have been at. We are looking forward to come back and stay again at Jesus’ place. Highly recommend!
Really enjoyed our stay. Great view drinking coffee in the morning and sunset on the balcony. The kids loved the pool.

Close to Culebra and Vieques islands ferries. Seven Seas and Luquillo Beaches; 15 minutes drive to El Yunque National Rain Forest and Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Preserve; 10 minutes from the Bioluminescent Lagoon; 15 min from Carabali, a place where you will find horse back ridding, four track driving, go karts and nice restaurants. Also, located at the bay, you will find catamaran that can take you to many cays for snorkeling, diving or just sailing through the beautiful deep sea waters. In the same road will find different restaurants that offers you the best fresh fish and exquisite sea dishes. When you go to Luquillo Beach you will find the famous 'kiosks' with local foods such as: arepas, alcapurrias, bacalaitos, piononos. As well as a large variety of local fruits were you will enjoy delicious frappes.
