This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are bass fishing. Just 5 minutes from boat launches. Very safe and quiet. This is my second time to stay here and Stacey is always ready to answer any questions.

If you are going to be fishing at Toledo Bend this is the perfect place to stay. There is a very nice boat launch just 5 minutes from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house was nice and clean. It is also located on a Par 3 golf course. I did not bring my clubs but the next time I stay there I will have my clubs with me. I am planning another fishing trip sometime next month and if it’s available I will stay there again.

Mid-lake location, everything is close by. Convenience store, gas, food, restaurants, tackle shop, flea market, boat/RV storage, boat launches, hotel directly across Hwy 21 from subdivision entrance. Quick access to Pendleton Bridge, approximately 6 miles to Toledo Town and Tackle, more restaurants and grocery store. Hemphill Tx is 15 minutes from home where you can find additional restaurants, groceries, auto parts, Tractor Supply etc; .
