This is a beautiful spot on Toledo Bend. It was clean and everything about our stay went smoothly. We would definitely come back! If you intend to cook much you might want to check with them about supplies. It wasn’t stocked for full on cooking

We enjoyed our stay....I don't know if it was us, not knowing how to use the t.v. or a problem with cable...t.v. in dining room would go off and off every 5 to 10 min...We did not call for help, we were there to fish and relax...so we didn't bother with the t.v...just wanting you to know so you can check it out......Wednesday afternoon , I found ants all along the baseboard of the master bedroom.....we took care of it....Thursday morning we found a few ants along the kitchen counter.....Possibly think of having the place and grounds sprayed monthly. the only other thing I'm suggesting is making a ramp next to the steps , so elderly and people with health problems could get inside and out of the place easier....Other than that we had a very good time ...beautiful sight looking at the water...Beautiful Pier.....Take car

First off the house was very nice a lot of room. Very peaceful. Great dock. Decoration were so pretty. House was just as described. Susie was very friendly an helpful. We lost power within 2 hrs of arriving. She offered to pay for battery operated fans but we brought one an power came back on after several hours. All in all it’s a nice place. Here are only some suggestions not complaints at all. The house only has 2 skillets that are very worn. I pulled one out an it was dirty. I would update skillets. Sponge or I left a scrub brush Lysol wipes - I clean after each meal. We had 1/2 roll of paper towels. We also only had 2 toilet paper rolls. 4 Towels in master Because we arrived Thursday-Sunday we ran out of towels. Window in kitchen was left open Food on blinds -These items is cleaning people need to pay attention. All in all it’s a lovely home just needs some TLC Again only suggestions I would rent again.
