Cozy place in Cannon Park near the campus, quite enjoy the my stay there as temporary accommodation.
It is a very satisfying experience to stay in the house for temporary accommodation . The room is quite spacious and clean. This place is quite close to the campus of University of Warwick as well with perhaps 20 minutes walking distance. Btw, the neighborhood is also very quiet to refresh after a long journey.
If you're looking for a long-term stay, you'd better look somewhere else. Firstly, the listing was inaccurate: there was a big leak right above the bed,which had started way before I moved in and was not mentioned in the description. During the 9 weeks that I stayed at Sukhbir's place, he did little to nothing to fix the leaking roof, apart from bringing me a bucket to collect the water in. Even though a few roofers came to take a look, no one actually did anything to fix the issue and the leak spread even further during my stay. Sukhbir was also uncooperative and declined my request for some sort of compensation. However, once requested through AirBnb, I was able to receive it. After that, in what I suspect was a retaliatory move, Sukhbir tried to overcharge me by requesting I pay for a brand new desk for "pen marks" and other signs of damaging which were already there when I moved in. Apart from this, the location is great, neighbourhood is quiet, but the house can get busy at times.

If you're headed to Warwick University, we recommend a relaxing 10-minute walk. Local taxi services and ride-sharing options like Uber are readily available in this area for your convenience.
Parking is hassle-free with a driveway that accommodates two cars and ample free on-street parking. Your journey from here to your desired destinations is both accessible and stress-free.
