NamaStay: The Traveler in me sees the Traveler in You! Located Only 1/2 mile off main road. Our newly renovated home has a large open concept living space with new luxury vinyl flooring. It is a great place to relax, socialize with your guests, watch a movie, prepare meals or hang out at the large quartz island and share some take out. The island fits six guests, the custom made farm table fits 6-8, and our big comfy sectional is great for watching movies or a game night on the 58 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen has coffee maker, expresso machine, tea kettle and lots of pots and pans, silverware, glasses and coffee cups. If you like cooking with gas you are going to love our new 5 burner gas stove. It even has a built in Air Fryer! Each bedroom has a large closet for suitcases with plenty of hangers and shelves. We've carpeted the bedrooms for a gentle soft rise in the morning and provide ceiling fans (queen rooms) to keep you cool at night. Feel free to open the windows in the Summertime and Fall and let in the fresh clean mountain air. Our newly completed bathroom has double sinks, drawers and baskets underneath to help you stay organized in this space. Soaker tub, large shower head and beautiful custom tiling provide a relaxing place after a long day of hiking or exploring the charming small towns of Western North Carolina. Outdoor spaces are meant for relaxation. Enjoy a cocktail or a craft beer from one of the many local breweries on the back deck as the sun goes down behind the mountains. (Summertime the mt view is slightly obstructed by leaves on the beautiful surrounding trees) In the morning sip an expresso, coffee or tea on the front deck as the sun rises in front of the house and burns away the rainforest mist to reveal the bright blue sky. (usually around 10 -11am) The yard is big enough for playing frisbee or just exploring the native plants and wildflowers. The long driveway is big enough for several cars to park. Workspace can easily be set up at the island or farmtable. There are plugs everywhere to keep you connected. The wireless capacity is great for this area since we are at 2200 feet. Many higher elevation spaces in this area do not provide any internet at all. Welcome to the mountains! NOTE: Female Owner and 2 well behaved dogs occasionally stay in the lower level studio apartment accessed from the driveway. Your space is the main house and very private and soundproof. We are quiet and respectful of your privacy. NOTE: Only registered guests are allowed in the space please.
