Stylish Victorian terrace located in Peppercorn Estate cul-de-sac conveniently located 10 min from Melbourne airport or 25 min from the city. Great for travellers, students or someone needing a comfortable home. Stay for a couple of nights or long-term are welcome. Your private bedroom is upstairs with built in robes, private bathroom with bathtub & powder room. There's a light filled studio to practise yoga or work at the desk. Downstairs is a large, comfortable lounge that adjoins the open living/dining areas all serviced by a kitchen with granite bench tops & dishwasher. High ceilings throughout, floor heating, air conditioning & open fireplace. The back door reveal a private yard with garden. All of this is walking distance to Moreland road buses, Moonee Ponds creek trail, cafes & easy access to Glenbervie station & Citylink.

My first experience staying with an Airbnb and it was way above my expectations. Fiona is very easy going, informative, relaxed and friendly. She is a ball of energy which I really admired about her. Paul, her partner is charming and hospitable. Fiona immediately gave me a feeling that I was welcome to share her very comfortable home. I was given very generous pantry & refrigerator space which helped me enormously. My room, bathroom and separate toilet were spotless and very private. Lots of cupboards and first rate WiFi were an added bonus. And then there is Bubbles the sweet older cat. A great addition to the house. Thank you Fiona for your advice and encouragement that helped me so much to enjoy being back in Melbourne. Hope our paths cross again one day.
I'm not good at English. Forina helped me many times. She was always smiling and pretty and Paul was also very kind. lovely couple☺︎ It was a special time.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood, walking distance to Moreland Rd bus stop or Glenbervie train station. Moonee ponds creek is at the doorstep, take the creek path and walk to Bam cafe on Albion St. Close to the city and the even closer to the airport.
Parking is available in driveway or front of house.
