Great location, easy to check in with very friendly door staff at all hours (we had a late check in and early departure). The apartment was much as advertised with large bedrooms and big windows. Overall it worked very well for us as a couple with two adult children. Having two generously sized bathrooms was very nice. Relatively minor criticisms would be poor quality bed linens (although the mattress was very comfortable) and soaps/shampoo (we bought our own). Also, in spite of the Airbnb admonishment to treat the place as someone else's home, the flat definitely felt like a rental apartment and not a home. The kitchen was basic, but with so many good restaurants and coffee shops around we didn't need to use it very much. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a toaster though.

La estancia fue muy agradable, un lugar muy limpio y bonito, la piscina está increíble, y la atención tanto de el anfitrión como del personal de recepción es excelente, espero volver pronto.

Pros: 1. The location is good, Condesa is a nice neighborhood 2. The owner let us put our luggages in early which is good Cons: 1. The cleaning lady is not done when we were in at 4PM, the cleaning is rush.. 2. We experienced bed bug issues in the unit, which is confirmed by our doctor!! 3. The owner tends to ignore us after we reported the bed bug issues and with no solutions or any reimbursement for us. They questioned on why we told them late.. We were trying to be nice and not bother and thought those might be mosquito bites before.. until we confirmed with our doctor.. at the same day we informed the owner
