We loved this place! It’s in a perfect location - peaceful, one block to the park, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s spacious and open with lots of natural light yet also feels private and quiet. I loved it and highly recommend staying here!

Our family of four was incredibly comfortable while staying with Kukun in La Condesa. The apartment had plenty of space (large bedrooms- each with their own en-suite bathrooms and spacious closets). We found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The nespresso machine was certainly a nice touch. We enjoyed the deck every morning and evening. A washer and dryer was a plus, considering they’re not always available while staying at other CDMX AirBnBs. Walking distance to everything (restaurants, cafes, beautiful parks, transit)! We loved the access to the walking path along Amsterdam. Security guards were helpful and courteous as well.

The location is great - lots of trees, cafes and restaurants in close proximity. There is street noise, mostly in the morning, but CDMX is a noisy city! The company was very responsive to our questions and requests, providing some blankets and kitchen towels. We did find the light switches very confusing and difficult to operate initially. One of us finally got used to them and had to help the other use them! There is a huge amount of storage in the apartment, nice for longer stays, but the drawers, shelves, and closets in the primary bedroom are all behind doors - rather awkward. We solved this by just using the generous shelving in the closets in the hallway! The laundry machines work very well. All in all, a great apartment in a great location in a wonderful city.
