Let me start by saying this place shouldn’t be listed. This looks like a trap house. Hot water not working, toilet tank missing cover, doors can’t be closed properly barely hanging on by a piece of wood, and it had a funny old house smell. The host was rude and unresponsive, I was given the run around for 3 days. Finally I had to escalate with Airbnb and threaten legal action. Horrible stay!!! Don’t forget the mold in the bathroom on the first floor and the blinds that are ripped so you can give the neighbors a whole peep show. Robert and Team you can do Better!!!!!

This place needs TLC asap, not worthy of being in Airbnb. Needs cosmetic repairs, locks in restrooms and rooms, clean kitchen and decent kitchen utensils and pots, stove was disgusting, dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Upstairs bathtub water mixer didn’t work, water was coming extremely hot and they came and try to fix it 2 days after I contact them and after 30 minutes it stop working again. This place has a lot of potential, just needs some investment in a deep cleaning, paint, small repairs and furnishings.

Stay was fine. We were here over thanksgiving with our two kids. Interrior was clean. The furnishings were....sparse (Photos are accurate, but don't really give you the full feeling of how empty the downstairs feels). There's no dressers or anything for storage in the bedrooms, and it could probably use an area rug or something. Beds were ok, but the pillows provided were basically air, would recommend bringing your own. Off street parking is a huge plus. The back door to the unit had a lot of...stuff on the landing which was not a great impression, could use some tidying up. There's a couple of maintenance issues, particularly in the bathrooms, but nothing that impacted usage. Some of the blinds have some broken slats. Neighborhood was safe and location was convenient.
