This recently converted coach house is wonderfully positioned above the estate stables, and younger guests will adore the chance to meet local horses and other wildlife that might cross your path throughout your stay. Accessible via a private flight of stairs, this charming two-bedroom flat comfortably sleeps four guests and two dogs – the perfect wee family home. This first-floor apartment is spacious throughout, so you and your guests won’t feel crowded throughout your stay. Traditional country elements are maintained throughout, yet the home has been entirely modernised for 21st-century living. Enjoy antique-style furniture and feature fireplaces which add to the character, alongside a modern kitchen and utilities which makes holidaying with children a breeze. Head upstairs and wander on through to the charming lounge and dining room. Here you’ll find a feature fireplace with working wood burner for cosy evenings in. Settle into an armchair and enjoy a DVD or TV program after a sumptuous dinner. You can dine at the sociable circular table here in the lounge, enjoying views out onto the estate. When it’s time for bed you’ll be happy to find two generous bedrooms with soft and comfy beds. One boasts a vast king-size bed, whilst the other room is a twin with private en-suite. Those residing in the master bedroom can make use of the shared family bathroom, where a lovely bath sits in front of a window, the chance to soak your aching muscles and watch the day go by. Downstairs you’ll find a small boiler room, a great place to leave muddy outerwear and dry off wet dogs before heading upstairs. Outside you’re more than welcome to explore the seemingly endless estate.
