Enjoying a beautiful position on the beach, this spacious and attractive property makes a fresh and charming holiday home for four guests. Set on the edge of the picturesque village of Seasalter, this light and tastefully furnished retreat offers fantastic sea views and immediate access to the shingle beach. The bustling seaside town of Whitstable is nearby (2.5 miles) with its wonderful range of seafood restaurants, cafes, pubs, independent shops and art galleries. Stepping into this pretty beach-front property you will find yourself in the spacious and light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen. You can sit back and enjoy the sea views, snuggle up in front of the wood burner or share a great meal in the attractive dining area. There’s also a stylish and elegantly designed kitchen and two cosy double bedrooms. Bi-folding doors lead out from the living area onto a wide decked terrace with a choice of outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the sea views with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Beyond the terrace there’s a charming beach garden with a picnic table and BBQ, with a gate leading directly onto the beach. The pretty village of Seasalter offers a choice of great pubs and restaurants and makes a lovely base for exploring the Kent coast. Whitstable is famous for the oysters that are brought in via the working harbour, and the town holds an annual Oyster Festival. This thriving coastal town features a beautiful mile-long shingle beach and is also a great destination for water sports enthusiasts, with opportunities for paddle-boarding and sailing. You can also visit the 18th century Whitstable Castle and Gardens or explore other nearby destinations including the popular city of Canterbury and the picturesque Herne Bay (both 7.5 miles).
