We enjoyed our stay. Exeter was a cute little town and we could walk to everything from the house. We used it as our base to take a trip up to the Sequoia National Park which was about an hour or so drive.
Great place to stay. We were in town for my brother’s wedding and this house accommodated our family perfectly. I would recommend this place to others looking to stay in Exeter
I loved staying at the Clover house! It was everything I expected and more. Very spacious and close to several shops. I can’t wait to be back!
The Clover house is such a gem! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Exeter nightlife. The house is enchanting and full of history! I loved the yard size, I can totally see someone hosting a small wedding here! We stayed a short time but would love to come back in the future.
What a wonderful house! It was perfect for a large family gathering. The beds were uber cozy, all of them! Neat house history, beautiful, clean, and more than amply stocked with everything one would need to gather, fix food and eat there. Plenty of space in the front and back yard to hang out and play if you like. Highly recommend for a larger group. It's a beautiful place. While I'm sure that when it was built (more than 100 years ago) there were orchards and farm fields surrounding it. Now there's a big asphalt lot and car dealership across the street. It's a 3 minute walk and you're in the downtown of Exeter, which is quaint and beautified with murals, and has a VERY small town kind of charm.

We suggest using your own vehicle, though this is a walkable neighborhood and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the home. Uber and Lyft are typically available during normal business hours. The Sequoia Shuttle runs to the Sequoia National Park seasonally.
