I texted the Host 30 min before I arrived, and she was never there to do the check in with me. The people at the resort helped me out after I was there for 30 min AND THEY brought me to the villa which it was unlocked. They were confused because someone from CONTI was supposed to greet me. The property said they had a fridge in the patio (not true) The property said they had salt, oil in the kitchen (not true) When we cooked, we didn't have ANYTHING where top put leftovers or serve the food. Just pots and plates. A hand towel was missing, and I made the report. I asked my host to wait until I was back because I didn't want anybody there without my presence. Surprise, we found someone inside the villa. Then a random guy showed up to deal with the pool while my wife was there almost naked. People had access thru the backyard. I wanted to give some feedback to the management company, and they never called me back. I am still waiting. The property is nice BUT the service, NOT GOOD AT ALL
