This classic three bedroom apartment is within a 5 min walk of the Umhlanga promenade and main beaches. It is well located near the village, Oceans Mall and many restaurants and shops. The modern design suits both couples and business travelers as well as families. The apartment has a balcony with a private bbq and outdoor dining area. Enjoy the secluded rooftop pool and the comforts of a well equipped, secure space. Parties are prohibited. Electricity and water shortages may apply. The apartment is well presented for luxury living with plenty of private space. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom and second bedroom are furnished with queen sized beds and the third bedroom has single beds which can be set together if required. A balcony overlooks the Umhlanga skyline and large communal area with sun loungers.

We had a good time. Apartment had a great location, walking distance from restaurants and beach. Safe and secure parking is a bonus. Apart from ants and a smelly couch, the rest of the apartment was really clean.
I love the place. Especially the location. But i would book it again. We only got water for 4 hours in a day, 5 am to 6am and again 6pm-7pm. Due to some pipes broken and that wasn’t described clearly. My worst nightmare was the staff the treatment i got from them after complaining about the place i felt like i was discriminated against because of am black if it was a white person complaining it would have been a different story. The owner Hilton tried his level best to come the situation. But the cleaner are something else.
Tam's place is spacious and close to the beach, and it is surrounded by lots of amenities. Great location to keep a family with kids occupied

Please note due to the current shortage of electricity in SA you may experience intermittent power outages (load shedding)
Parties, loud noise and smoking are prohibited in this apartment and will result in the cancellation of your stay.
Taxi's and Uber are more than readily available in and around Umhlanga.
