Stayed here whilst visiting family. House has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well equipped. All members of our party slept well. Local pub Merrie Harriet is walking distance. Food and service is excellent. Good 20/30 minute walk into Penarth town but in nice weather, an enjoyable walk. Close to local fitness centre which has a pool for anyone with children and or if you fancy a swim. Loved that the property is dog friendly. Really clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for two nights while visiting son who is studying at Cardiff University, the good quality washing machine was much appreciated! All other facilities just as good. David was responsive prior to visit, answering all questions promptly. Well connected location, Cogan station nearby, down a steep hill but plenty of parking (less than 5 minute drive). Would recommend without reservation.

David's place was perfectly located for us as we were working at the Cardiff International white water centre. The house was immaculate and well equipped, with a great quality of kitchen items too. Parking was easy, and there's a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance too.
