This place has potential, but because of the horrible smell inside and mold we wiped out of the refrigerator, I had to give it 3 stars. The owner was traveling at first contact, and when I sent an inquiry they didn’t respond for 2 weeks. The instructions to enter were specific, but didn’t include connecting to WiFi. A blurry photo of the router was sent, but was no help because it was so blurry. The place was clean and included most of what you need to eat and sleep, but none of the beds were fully made and one only included a fitted sheet (no top sheet) and worn out bedspread. The garbage outside the front door was overflowing and the house smelled musty and of mothballs. You can tell they put a lot of work into trying to make this place nice and comfortable. The kitchen is big, but lacks adequate supplies. The closets need clothes rods and hangers and there are no lamps anywhere, just overhead lights. Nowhere to hang clothes or towels. It suited our purposes but I wouldn’t stay again

Just dont stay here , the property should not be listed on the website. Inside had strong odor of moth balls, and the refrigerator smelled like rotten meat left for weeks. Most outlets were painted over and didnt work or were missing plate covers. The yard was full of trash, debris, bottles, clothes and garbage including several trash piles. The hit tub is a small jetted bath tub and the fireplace had an engine head gasket in it and was not functional. The broken tile driveway ended by the house and the parking was on sugar sand . The trees hang low by the house and hit our truck as we tied to turn around and not get stuck. There is a broken down trailer out front and a pile of tires on the side of the house....

Carmen was a great host, the house was clean, and it was very nice and quiet.
