If you're only looking for a place to sleep in and take a shower, then go for it. The 'living' and the 'kitchen' are one and the same. there's no sink or cooking units, and only one very small table with no chairs. There's 2 toilets and 2 showers(1 seemingly had no hot water, but the other one had instant hot water - from freezing cold to burning in a second - i'm trying to describe this as a good thing, as you don't have to wait in the shower for the water to get hot). Overall the place was as advertised, so if you're happy with what you see in the pictures, then that's what you're going to get.

We had good time stay in Birmingham. Good house to stay in may be for a day or 2 not for long as it lacks key facilities like Wardrobes cloth hangers shoe racks and some decent crockeries essentials like Spoons dining table which were missing.

Perfectly pleasant for our night’s stay. The space was clean, tidy and accessible. Some of the kitchen amenities from the images were not available. The listing did not mention this apartment was a converted home, unfortunately we were woken at 6am by guests on the ground floor, talking and banging. Our host was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Apartment is local to shopping centre and resorts world arena. Would recommend staying if you are looking for modern and affordable accommodation.

Booked for 1 night to attend Crufts as close to the NEC with 2 bedrooms and the listing photos showed a very clean and luxury feel apartment. However it was not as we’d hoped and we had several issues with the place. It was advertised as having hangers (no hangers), cutlery (there was one knife) and shower supplies (there was no conditioner). In my friend’s room the rail was hanging out the wall, some of the curtain hooks were missing and there was chewing gum on the window sill. In my room the bed broke when I sat on it, and there was a huge stain right across the underside of my duvet. When we raised the concerns with the host at the end of our stay they weren’t addressed and I had to contact AirBnb directly to resolve the issues. I feel effort had been put into making the place ‘look’ nice with photos/vases etc but the actual important details to make it a comfortable stay have been overlooked and need improvement. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was a decent place to stay in for a night, Marium was really helpful and just a text away ,she even responded to our text related to the heating system at midnight which really shows how much she is concerned about her guests.Would defo stay in future.
