Less than 2 miles to all the city has to offer, our home includes a spacious loft for playing games, watching your favorite sports, or just relaxing! Additionally, you have access to a poker table, double decker balcony overlooking the city, fenced in backyard, and a fully stocked kitchen. From weekend getaways to extended stays, The Getaway will be your home away from home! Welcome to The Getaway! Located just east of Downtown Indianapolis in the historic Fountain Square district, this 3,128-sf two-story home has been recently renovate and is perfect for larger groups who enjoy having their own space -- 5BR/3.5BATH. From highly-rated restaurants within walking distance to Downtown entertainment only being a very short drive away, you can enjoy all the city has to offer within just a few minutes! We also know how important a great night's sleep is, so you'll find hotel-quality mattresses, bed linens, and pillows in each bedroom. Additional blankets and pillows are also available, should you need them. If there’s anything else we might be able to assist with, don’t hesitate to ask. Kenna was a great host! Very attentive and easy to communicate. It just feels like staying at another one of your bestie’s home! The house is spacious and clean with plenty of space to hang out with families and friends. Great location less than 15 mins away from the children’s museum and the Indianapolis Zoo. Our kiddos had the best time recovering “at home” between the attractions. There’s also a really cute park within walking distance a couple blocks across the street from the house that we did get to enjoy. Definitely a lovely and cute Up-and-Coming neighborhood! Our little families had the best time on this getaway! Thanks again Kenna!
Spent a long weekend in Indy with our family and Kenna's house was great. would definitely stay again next time we visit Indy. Right in Fountain Square, close to everything. House was comfortable and had everything you could need. Highly recommend!!
Pros: Great communication, great place for really any occasion. Newly remodeled and plenty of space to 10+ people. Cons: Nothing too negative to say really. The cleaning fee was way too much for a 1 day stay and some of the places around the neighborhood aren't great, but you can tell the neighborhood is in the process of a really good revamp. Wish I could've stayed longer to take advantage of the outside/balcony (only there for less than 16 hr). Would stay again for longer next time in the area, thank you!
Overall, our stay was great. Kenna was accurate with the house description and was a very responsive host. It's definitely an up-and-coming neighborhood. We don't know the area at all, so we didn't wander at night. We did walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and the downtown area, which was around a 30 minute walk (or scooters if you can find them).
It was exactly what we were looking for. 5 bedrooms for 5 guys attending a trade show.

The Getaway property is in the heart of Fountain Square, less than 2 miles to all the fun of Downtown Indy. Our beautiful house is just blocks away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and entertainment hubs in the city!
The property has on-street parking available to guests as well as a private gravel lot behind the house that can fit 2 vehicles. Most places of interest are a short walk from the house or Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
