Good location, near transit in pleasant city neighborhood. it's a restored older house with a blend of old and new. The room was comfortable and simple. Would return.

The host was great to talk to and very responsive. You get exactly what you pay for, it was clean and in a convenient location for my purpose. Check-in process is simple and secure. I have stayed there a couple of times now and plan on continuing to go back as convenient for work.
Great owner, nice house. If I ever find myself in Rochester again, I would definitely stay with him again.

Parking is on-street only, and there is plenty of it. 🙂 There is also easy access to two bus lines. Rochester is a highly bikeable city as well.
