(Please ensure you do not light fires in the restricted burning seasons) Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, plenty of utensils, crockery, cookware, glasses, pots & pans and serving dishes. There’s also plenty of shelving to store your own ingredients and supplies. Again, this room has ceiling fans and wardrobe space Bathroom The main bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a shower, bath and vanity. A hairdryer is also provided. Laundry The laundry includes a washing machine and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There is an outdoor clothesline at the side of the house however, please note that there is no dryer at this property. Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
