This place was exactly what we needed for an emergency visit from out of state. Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and walkable to Riverbend Hospital. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing to be near that hospital: 1. Riverbend Peace Health is top notch and we cannot say enough about the care and comfort our loved one is receiving. 2. Mitchell’s place gave us space to rest, and be close at hand. We would return. 3. This is no reflection on Mitchell, only a suggestion: bring a flashlight. The walk to and from the hospital has a small section with no street lights. Phone lights were ok, but actual flashlights were better.

This home was super comfortable and the decor/vibe was peaceful. Appliances look all new with a good coffee set-up in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Very clean upon arrival. Great location! Plenty of food options and you can walk to the park or river, both nearby. Mitch was an awesome host and communication was top-notch. Had a great time! Will be booking for football season!

Mitchell was absolutely wonderful. We were dealing with an unexpected medical emergency that kept us up here for weeks. Mitchell allowed us to get into the house sooner so we were accommodated and had a place to sleep. We were unsure on our time-line and Mitchell was kind enough to allow us to extend as we needed. Very caring host and we would recommend him! If we find ourselves back in Eugene, we will definitely be booking through Mitchell again. Thank you again Mitchell for your kindness in our time of need.
