Few minutes walking from Bellini Garden and via Etnea, main street. All the main tourist attractions are walking distance. The room has a big window, a balcony with fantastic views over the old roofs of Catania and Etna volcano. Fully equipped kitchen. You can find 3 supermarkets very close, pharmacy, bakery, tabaccheria. Bus stop for the airport is located 10 minutes walking distance. Train/bus station is easily reachable. The apartment has a two bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom and balcony

My stay at Massimiliano's place was lovely! I had an early flight and although check-in is after 2pm he managed to have the room ready for me early in the morning. The location is great - easy bus connection to the downtown and the central station. Supermarkets, coffee shops and pharmacy right next to the building. Most importantly - it is definitely walkable (park 5 min by foot, downtown 10 min). The room was definitely well cleaned, however some updating needs to be done in the bathroom and in the kitchen. My experience was that Massimiliano is actively working on the place to make it more comfortable. The room is a bit bigger than it seems in the photos, there's a wardrobe and a desk; cute shared balcony that will be even better with some finishing touches. Not many appliances in the kitchen, but definitely enough to make a meal. Massimiliano was super responsive and had prepped thorough welcome & reccommendations guides. Definitely worth the price, would love to stay there again!
Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti, il rapporto qualità prezzo invidiabile. Camera ampia e luminosa con vista diretta sull’Etna, freschissima e con il caldo di Catania è un vero e proprio punto in più. Cucina e bagno puliti e confortevoli. La posizione ottima in neanche dieci minuti si arrivava in piazza duomo infatti ci siamo mossi solo a piedi. Massimiliano si è rivelato estremamente disponibile nei nostri confronti suggerendoci la qualunque dai ristoranti agli eventi che si tenevano nel weekend in città. Speriamo solo di tornarci presto!
Będziemy bardzo miło wspominać pobyt w Katanii u Massimiliano, był on niezwykle pomocny i troskliwy, komunikacja przebiegała bardzo sprawnie, a mieszkanie było zgodne z zamieszczonym opisem, serdecznie polecamy, będziemy chętnie wracać =)
Great room, spacious and nice to have the attached balcony to watch the sunset. Very secure apartment. Massimiliano was a fantastic host! Had great recommendations for food and day trips around Catania. He was always responsive and friendly. I'll definitely be back! :)

The area is very central, quiet, silent and safe.
If you rent a car, you can easily find a place where to park for free or toll parking (only during the daytime hours).
All the main tourist attractions are walking distance.
Bus stop to the airport is only 10 minutes walking distance.
The central train and bus station can be easily reached walking or using public bus.
