Francesco is very sweet and nice. We could always reach him, he gave us great recommendations, and took perfect care of us. The apartment looks great (he did the wood work himself), it has air conditioning, and is very clean. There‘s a beach really close to the apartment and the apartment is also a great base to get to other beaches with the car for example Fontane Bianche or Taormina. There‘s also restaurants close by which are quite cheap and you can also have a drink just a few minutes away where the castle is. We used the private parking which was also great, because we did not have to look for a parking spot on the street. And there’s a little super market right next to the apartment. Would recommend Francesco and his apartment 100%.

My husband and I stayed in Francesco's loft for three nights. I can only strongly confirm the other positive reviews: the apartment is modern, extremely clean, well equipped. It is a small family-business: Francesco is a hands-on and attentive host and we would also like to thank his son for giving us a ride to the train station at check out. What we personally found extremely helpful in the apartment: - the washing machine and a suitable place to air-dry your laundry; - the air conditioning and an extra fan in the bedroom; - the other small gestures: welcoming water bottle in the fridge, extra towels at our disposal. The loft also complies well with the COVID 19-guidelines: antibacterial dispensers in front and inside the apartment, the loft was extremely clean, desinfectant cleaning products. The apartment is at a walking distance from the city center (10 minutes) and quite close to the beach. One could walk to the beach in 20 minutes, but the bus is a better and easier option (the road is not very pedestrian friendly). The neighbourhood in which the loft is located is not touristic and less well-maintained as the city center, but we experienced no incovenience. People were very friendly when approached for questions or directions. Overall, we are very pleased with our decision to stay at Francesco's and we would gladly return.

Spacious and clean apartment with good location. Host was very helpful throughout our stay and even provided us a ride to the airport. Would recommend to anyone.
