Great value for money, location perfect for Newcastle town centre just a very short walk. Apartment was good size for a family.

L'appartement est très confortable, décoré avec goût dans une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Proche du centre ville accessible en 10 / 15 minutes. Le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas et Peter à été très réactif pour le changer rapidement. En conclusion, un séjour très agréable et Peter est à l'écoute , réactif et attentionné.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless the issues have been sorted. Stayed as a family with a small child and had to cancel the booking and leave after one night. Communication was great, host was responsive, offered refund, contacted Airbnb. Easy to park. Bus stops nearby. The problem was the condition of the property and misleading description. *This is a simple 2 bed apartment, not a boutique penthouse by any standards. *Pictures were well taken, edited and do not reflect the true condition of the property. *Everything looks tired. A lot of marks on walls and doors. *Damaged windows in one of the bedrooms and in living room. Don't close tightly resulting in noise and wind coming in from the outside. We could only use one bedroom. *Hair, dust and bits of rust found in the apartment. *Both toilet seats broken. *Microwave not working. *Extension leads not properly routed along the walls and behind furniture but just dumped on the floor. Tripping hazard for kids.

Peter is a lovely host, super responsive, and we felt right at home.
