Très bon séjour chez Lei et Monica ! La maison a vue sur la Swan river, ce qui est très appréciable! On peut se balader ou aller courir le long de ce cours d’eau. On a pu faire des bonnes rencontre dans cette maison partagée 👍🏼

We stayed in the house for 7 nights. On the day of our arrival there was no electricity in the house due to planned maintenance. If the host had communicated this to us in advance, then we would have planned our arrival later. The room had dustballs under the bed and the couch, so I mopped and vacuumed the floors in our room, wardrobe, hallway and stairwell. The water was nearly black after I had mopped all those areas. The shared fridge in the kitchen was full of old food which I disposed of. Also, it would have been good to know that the host does not live in the house and that there are 4 other rooms that are shared with Airbnb guests - 3 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. There is only one bathroom and one toilet on 3 rooms upstairs. Other than that the house is located in a nice area overlooking the river. Bus and train closeby. The aircon worked well. However, the highlight was the cotton linen, down pillows and wollen doona. The host is friendly and helpful and tried her best

The place was clean and was very well kept with housekeepers often coming in to keep the house in a well maintained condition. It is a good area but may need to walk around 7-10 mins to the bus stop. Lei was also prompt in her replies and was kind to allow us extension of stay as well. Our room was quite big with nice balcony and view too.
