Enjoy the hot tub under the stars while looking at the mountain views! The heated salt water pool is a welcome addition to your day here! The lighted covered fire pit is a wonderful fall and cooler nights amenity. Many hiking trails on property as well a golf driving range. Guided Horseback trail rides can also be purchased. The 40’ luxury camper has 4 slides for lots of room for a large group and with 2 bathrooms; it’s even more accommodating!! Kitchen boasts a large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, K cup espresso machine, toaster, microwave, gas oven and 4 burner gas stove, sleeper sofa that makes a queen bed, dinette that makes a full bed sleeping up to 4 people in LR and a queen bed upstairs in a private bedroom sleeping 2 people. There is also a 2nd private bedroom that sleeps 5 people with 2 bunk beds, 1 fold out twin bed, a full size sleeper sofa and TV as well as its own half bath!! LR has a TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, granite kitchen countertops, a large power awning to sit under while enjoying the beautiful mountain views, equipped with yard chairs for enjoying the evening. This large camper can sleep up to 11 people if needed. Outside you will also find your own mini fridge, an outside cooktop and an outside TV and entertainment speakers for music. You have your own private firepit with grill top for cooking out or use the covered, lighted fire pit next to the pool. A gas pizza oven, a charcoal / gas grill as well as a 7 person hot tub that are all on the pool decks. The property also has a pool house with commode with bidet and an outside hot water rainfall shower for rinsing off before and after pool or hot tub use and an outside urinal. The pool house also has a sofa inside and can be used as a changing room. (Pool house is open from May 1- Sept 30 ). Pool towels are also provided! The heated salt water pool is 18’x33’ and there are many different areas to sit around the pool deck. Generally pool season is from May through September as long as weather is cooperating. A large gazebo is on the pool deck with a sun screen wall for getting out of the sun plus lots of umbrellas and sun loungers. For a relaxing change, there are several hammocks under the shade trees. Horses are located on the property as well as several dogs. All are very friendly and love attention. Property is gated and located up a 3/4 mile long paved drive; no roads are in sight from property and it is very secluded. No street lights either so be prepared to see amazing views of the stars at night!! Lots of hiking trails on the ranch to explore, maps are provided!! . Driving range on site with distance markers. 120 yards, 150 yards, 165 yards and 185 yards. Bring your clubs and balls. If you forget your golf balls; we got you! Rent a bucket of 20 balls for $5! Try your skill at horseshoes! We have regulation horseshoe pits here at SRR! Guided horseback rides are also available for purchase for $100 pp for a 2 hour ride.
