You will have the whole camper which has one queen bed and a full bath in a separate room, a sleeper sofa, dinette that can sleep two, 2 bar seats at counter, 2 swivel rockers, stereo, dvd player, a kitchen with all the necessities, drip coffee maker and a K cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and stove top, all towels and linens. There is a TV in LR and also one in the bedroom upstairs (2 steps), also outside you have your own firepit that you can also grill on as well. The pool house is open from May 1- September 31, pool house has a sofa, hand sink and commode as well as refrigerator and AC / heat and ceiling fan! An outdoor urinal is also available for use located directly behind pool house as well as an outdoor rainfall hot water shower. We are in the country so seeing wild deer or turkeys are very likely. Most anything, you might forget to bring, we probably have! Just ask!! We also have guided horseback trail rides available- $100 pp for a 2 hour ride. Lots of marked Hiking trails also on property w/ map! Try your skill at horseshoes! Pitch a game on our regulation horseshoe pits located beside the flagpole! Bring your golf clubs and use our teeing mat on the driving range. Distance flags are set for 120, 150, 165, and 185 yards. If you forgot your golf balls; we got you! Pool deck seating will accommodate 42 people in different areas and levels on decks. We are located in the countryside, but most everyone has cell phone service here at the ranch. The unlimited WiFi works great around the pool decks and firepit and pool house but may not be strong enough for Streaming inside the camper at all times and some days will not work out all inside campers. TV’s are connected to air antennas so have great reception on air channels.
