If you need a taxi between 9pmpm and 9am, it must be notified to the manager assigned to your stay before 9pm so it can be arranged to your desired time. If taxis are not requested before 9pm, unfortunately we would not be able to do it after that time. How far are we from the beach? We are 6 min from the beach by car Is the pool or plunge pool hot? None of them are heated, since the normal temperature in Tulum is 28 ° C Closest shop/convenience store? . You can either go to “Super Aki” or “Chedraui”. 5 and 6 minutes away from the house by car Do we modify reservations? We do not modify any confirmed reservation due to external things to us, we can only extend reservation dates if we have availability. Can I have more friends over in the property? External people from the original confirmed reservation are not allowed in the property. Can i bring external vendors? Unfortunately no. As we have had bad experiences in our properties where they dont take care of our properties. If you need decorator or chef please let us know and we will pass you the info! Can I do early check in? This is normally not possible since we are usually fully booked, and we have to get the room ready for our next guests. Are parties allowed? Parties of any kind are not allowed. Please respect the house

Enjoyed our stay but I agree with some of the things needing to be ironed out. If you’re staying for more than 2 days you most definitely need someone to either clean the pool or have the net there to do it yourself. The garbage situation as well. It’s a large house and multiple people are staying there so garbage obviously accumulates as days pass. They have to figure out & give instructions on best way to do it. We did have a problem with plumbing in the shower while we were there and no one from maintenance was able to come by. It wasn’t a big deal though because there were so many other bathrooms in perfect condition. Cleaning supplies was a little frustrating as well. Access to a broom/mop & sponge/dish soap would have been nice but we’d get creative lol. All & all the place is huge, stunning and cozy. Lots of space to get ready as we were a group of 8 girls on a bachelorette. Also walking distance from farmacy, coffee shops, restaurants & matcha mama etc. we’d stay again
