The place is pristine, location for shopping and dining is perfect. Though this is not the owners fault, there is a huge 20 story building being constructed across the street and it is extremely loud. Because the unit does not have central AC, I had to open the windows for very nice breeze. However, the construction noise will disrupt your stay if you plan on bein in the apartment during the day. I only used it to sleep so it didn't bother me since I left very early every day and came back late every night. As per above, no central AC and does not offer fans for ventilation, however, once you open the windows the breeze is very nice. The building across the street that is being constructed looks to be in the earlier stages so it may take a few months, maybe into 2025 to be completed. The host is super nice, allowed me late check out and responds in seconds. Thank you Berenice, you have an amazing unit.
