The Studio is a cozy, studio-style apartment nestled on the lower level of the home that features a queen-sized bed, as well as a separate, cozy nook containing a day bed; allowing it to comfortably sleep three guests. A couch in the main living room area can also be utilized as a sleeping area for an additional guest if desired. A pack-n-play is also available for infants by request. In addition to a small dining table, the Studio also has a well-stocked galley kitchen for preparing a bite to eat, which includes a refrigerator, apartment sized stove, microwave, drip coffee maker and stovetop tea kettle. There is a high chair available by request as well. The Studio has a comfortable living room seating area and a private patio. The spacious full bath includes a tub/shower combo. There is a large dresser, clothes hooks with hangers as well as drawers beneath the daybed for ample clothing storage. Although the Studio does not have a television, it is equipped with Wifi so guests may bring a laptop or tablet to stream their favorite entertainment. The Studio is the perfect landing place for folks traveling for business and longer stays are welcome. A complimentary cleaning service will be performed approximately every ten days for long-term guests. Although there is no washer or dryer located in the Studio, long-term guests may arrange for laundry service at a cost of $10 per load for personal items. Laundering of towels and bedding for long-term guests during their stay is complimentary. For guests who prefer handling their own laundry, there is a laundromat in the nearby town of Mifflinburg; approximately a 7 minute drive from Homestead Farmette. The Studio is located directly below the Villa, another apartment available at Homestead Farmette, and the two may be reserved in conjunction with one another for families in need of additional space or couples traveling together who would like private accommodations.
