The apartment is really nice and situated in a convenient location. The Kigali Convention Center and multiple stores and restaurants can be easily reached by foot. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was equipped with basic utensils, but no salt, oil, or any other ingredient. Towels, soap and other toiletries were provided. Breakfast was included in the price (!) and a new menu was offered every day. The staff was kind and supported us with anything we needed. Unfortunately, there were major issues at check-in. We arrived with a late-night flight and when we got to the apartment we were told it was not available and had been given to someone else because we were too late! The staff tried to resolve the situation and finally brought us to another hotel nearby, and paid for the room. The next morning the apartment we had booked was ready for us. In case you arrive late, make sure to communicate it well in advance to avoid this unpleasant situation!!

If I was to ever return to Kigali, I would never choose any other option. It was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend 100%.

It was really convenient for access to supermarket, cafe, and was easy to get transport. The building was new and had nice view.
