Overall, Daniel’s place matched the photos on the listing. Cute decor and close proximity to Santa Monica beach and 3rd street promenade. Not far from Venice Beach, Malibu, and Beverly Hills. Daniel was very helpful the first night we checked in since we got in very late, he was very responsive. However, the check in process was quite complicated which was not described in the listing. Several steps to get into the apartment, although Daniel does provide detailed instructions with pictures on how to access the apartment, but we did not expect something that complicated. In addition, there weren’t enough towels for our 2 night stay, we asked for a couple extra towels on the 2nd night, and did not receive any. Lastly, while the apartment appeared pretty clean on arrival, we did see a roach in the bathroom, which grossed us out. Considering it is also an apartment, there were times it was a bit noisy and not super private, but no issues during night time. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

By far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and very easy check-in/out process. Quiet, but great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely stay! Daniel was extremely responsive and accommodating, also provided super clear parking and check in instructions. The unit is small but very functional and comfortable, did feel somewhat expensive for one night. Parking was a great perk, and location is great. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Daniel’s place. The space was exactly as listed and everything was clean and comfortable. It’s a great area, super walks able, and the underground parking felt very secure. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook a nice meal, including a generous selection of spices. While we didn’t end up cooking for our short stay (there are some great restaurants within steps from the front door) we definitely would have utilized it if we had stayed longer. Daniel was also proactive, quick and friendly in his communication, providing detailed instructions for everything we needed to know before arrival. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
