Whether you're coming to Orlando for adventure at one of the many theme parks, or rest and relaxation we've got the perfect place for you. The city of Orlando, Winter Park, Rollins college, lou gardens, Orlando Science Center, Advent Heath, Orlando health, Dr. Phillips center, Ivanhoe, lake eola, camping world stadium and the Anyway center, home of the Orlando magic are all in the immediate area. UCF, Full Sail University and Florida Central too. Cozy Cottage is a 300sqft house located in the backyard of my home. It's Well appointed in every aspect, and you shouldn't want for anything. The cottage is set back, and every effort has been made it make you feel secluded in our wooded back garden. There is one queen bed, a comfy sofa and a sleeping loft that can only be accessed by a retractable ladder, so it would only be appropriate for adults, or young adults. There is a nice fire pit with wood. We are mostly in the shade here, so sun worshipers will have to take advantage of our neighborhood pool. The Cottage has a full bathroom with a tub, a small closet to stash your bags, a TV, WIFI, and the kitchen, although it does not have a traditional range oven set up, it has a large convection/toaster oven and a double hotplate.

Great hospitality…even picking me up from my conference a mile down the road. Grateful to use their bike getting to/from the conference the following day. I didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area but would sure love to if I find myself here again! Thank you!!!
We were in town for a wedding and the cottage was the perfect place to stay! Super close to Orlando science center and lots of cute coffee shops. We also went to Disney for a couple of days during our trip and it was a quick ride over. They were very communicative and would message me back almost immediately if I had any questions. Very kind, responsive, and helpful! Definitely recommend staying here.
Super clean and very comfortable. Fun jungle feel. Close to college park and great restaurants. Will be staying there next time I am in town 👍
This airbnb was simply perfect. The owners backyard is the best backdrop for breakfast or lunch under that magical tree! I cannot say enough about the owner, Nancy. Polite communication and attentive accommodations. Nancy could be the definition of super host! Thanks for a great weekend, we will be back!
Came from the hustle and bustle of NY and I loved the quiet and peaceful surrounding. It felt like my own oasis. It was also located near downtown, shopping, and great restaurants. Chelsea and Nancy were great hosts and I would definitely stay there again given the opportunity. Thanks for making my vacation in Orlando a great one.

Cottage park was established in the early 1900's. The golf course was developed in 1924. it's very historic with it's old Florida homes and giant Oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. It's a far cry from what everyone thinks of Orlando. It's charming and quiet, you would never guess we are only 6 blocks from the I4. We have a neighborhood pool that offers lap swim twice a day, and lot's of lounge chairs for chilling. It's about a 5 min bike ride. Publix market is 10 min by bike, and one of the bikes has saddlebags. It's a totally retro market built in the 40's. LOVE IT!!
I highly recommend a car. The Bikes are great to cruse around the neighborhood, and there is always UBER, but it's nearly 75$ each way to get to Magic Kingdom.
You have a designated parking spot on the right side of my driveway. There is a path there that leads to the backyard, thru the gate and to the Cottage.
