From the local village of Seahouses, you can journey to the Farne Islands which puffins and seals call home. Perfect for couples and small families with a dog, spend your days exploring before returning to cosy up by the wood burner or continue your night on the patio. Step up from the pretty courtyard, head inside and make yourselves at home. Pack away your provisions in the bright kitchen/diner where there is everything you need to cook up a storm, and a cafetiere to help kick start early mornings. With plenty of room for four guests, plate up at the table or dine alfresco and pile the table high with tipples for a sundowner. For cosy afternoons after long adventures, the lounge is a comfortable space in which to relax or to enjoy a board game or a book from the shelf. The bright conservatory is also a great spot in which to unwind and sneak away for a moment of peace and quiet. When it’s time to say goodnight and head to bed, climb stairs to the first floor where the two bedrooms await.
