A delightful ground floor apartment enjoying stunning views across to the Farne Islands and St Aidan’s beach, just two of the scores of attractions found across the Northumberland Coast AONB. Two miles from the pretty village of Bamburgh, the family- and dog-friendly apartment features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, spacious bedrooms and access to shared lawned gardens at its front and rear. The apartment forms part of the former Dunes Hotel and boasts large, naturally-lit rooms dressed in tasteful soft furnishings throughout. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a wonderful place to relax and create and enjoy good food. A beautifully appointed single bedroom stands just off this area, with a twin room boasting ample storage space and an en-suite double bedroom enjoying sea views just up the hall. A contemporary family shower room completes the accommodation. The shared lawned gardens and the front and rear of the apartment are perfect for relaxing and taking in the spectacular views. St Aidan’s Beach (100 metres) is popular with dog owners, many of whom will also treat their four-footed friends to a walk around Seahouses (1 mile), a vibrant harbour village home to family- and dog-friendly pubs and shops. Bamburgh (2 miles) is an equally attractive village home to an impressive castle and sports facilities, while the likes of Low Newton, Craster, and Embleton all lie within 11 miles of the apartment. Holy Island and Alnwick (within 15 miles) are perfect for longer days out with the whole family.
