We loved the place and we wish we could have stayed longer. We were there just briefly on our way through to somewhere else, but we are definitely going to keep this place in mind for the future. The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean and neat. Thank you David!

We were only here for one night, but wished our stay was longer! The place was very clean, with a great feel -- very neat & modern but still cozy. Furnishings looked brand new. The apartment is above the garage and fairly separate from the house, so very quiet! We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to the Waterville area.

David and Julie's cozy flat was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was peaceful and had everything I needed in the room (well-appointed bathroom and makeshift kitchen area with fridge, Keurig, toaster, etc). The bed and linens are super comfy and the desk area was perfect for some online teaching I had to do during my stay. The wifi is excellent and the TV setup is perfect for some relaxation. The hot tub was heaven and a wonderful way to end a long day. They provided towels, flip-flops, and clear instructions for operation. David is very communicative, and I felt welcomed in all ways. My stay rates as one of my top Airbnb stays of all time. I recommend this space for a couple or an individual looking for home away from home.
