Suite 1 is a cozy room perfect for two with a queen bed, half bath (toilet and clawfoot tub), television, coffee pot, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and free wifi. All guests have full access to the indoor kitchen downstairs in the main building, the outdoor kitchen and grill, full access to the common-use hot tub, and the bonfire pit on the back lawn. So, even though suite 1 may be small and cozy, it's bursting with charm and surrounded by fun! The basis of the Open Hearth Inn is the main house, built in the 1820's it's best known for its historic charm. One of 20 rooms and everyone has plenty of space to stretch outside, gather in the old hearth room and play some board games, stretch out on the couch and watch movies on the common use 70" tv, make some new friends, and explore the real reason we call it 'Ohana'. All Suites (5 in total) are located in the oldest part of the main building where you will find much of the original history of this circa 1820s home. The front door facing the road is the best entrance for the suites. You'll open the large wooden door and step into a piece of history. Suites 1 (to the left) and 2 (to the right) are located downstairs. Traveling up the stairs you will reach Suite 3 (to the left), Suite 4 (to the right), and Suite 5 (directly back). Staying in the Suites is best if you want to enjoy the oldest part of our centuries-old home. :)
