Lovely place it was , would definitely recommend it
The accommodation is ideally located as it is at a walkable distance to many shops and can also access the beach with a 15min walk. Only 5min uber ride from the City Center. We felt safe as the property is well secured in a quiet area. Lots of amenities and daily housekeeping from Monday to Friday which is also great.
Check in was easy and they accommodate our late requests. Great location, near the promenade and easy to get to the waterfront.
Pros. Amazing location for access to CBD, Waterfront, Sea Point, Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. Away from the busy main road so feel of security and quiet very good. Clean and all furniture and appliances in good working order Alarm and Good Perimeter Security (for those who think along those lines) Good Hosts and Lovely Cleaning Lady Busi (organised, quick communication and reliable) Con. Not a big deal for us at all, but parking behind electric gate a little tight, tricky for large car owners Street Parking never ideal but neighbors we chatted to said very little crime in the area so street parking not an issue
Honestly this Turnkey365 team was by far the best and most professional host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. They immediately fixed two small problems that arose during the stay by sending people directly to the house on the same day. The cleaning lady was scheduled to be there only periodically but actually came everyday. The place was perfectly outfitted with an excellent kitchen, all the appliances and utensils you can ask for and some basics like cold water in the fridge, olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen and a nesoresso machine for coffee with lots of tabs. Truly excellent!
