This is a beautiful house, spotlessly clean and with great contemporary design throughout. Plenty of social space, including a well equipped large kitchen and comfortable pool area. The views over Green point/sea point are truly spectacular (note: the smallest bedroom doesn’t really have a view). It also feels secure as you can drive straight into the garage. It is a house on a hill so there are inevitably quite a lot of stairs which won’t suit everyone (but was no problem for my group). The only small point I’d say is that this house is joined to the neighbours on either side and so there is some noise with neighbours coming and going or in their pools. If you stay in the heart of the city in an area like Green point then some noise is to be expected, it wasn’t really a problem, but if you want a very quiet stay somewhere more out of town might be wise. The Nox team were very responsive and helpful - I’d stay in this house again without hesitation.
Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist sehr groß und absolut gut für 6 Personen geeignet. Jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre und eigene Bäder. Es wurde sich gut gekümmert, die Putzfrau kam teilweise täglich und hat aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Es war sehr sauber. Man hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick und fühlt sich äußerst wohl. Außerdem fühlten wir uns sehr sicher. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen. Der Außenbereich ist auch total schön:) Wir kommen zurück!
